Clare began her career working for the Family Division of the High Court in 1994. From here she went to work at a niche family firm, Margaret Bennett providing para-legal support. In 1998 she joined Collyer Bristow as a para-legal in the Litigation and Family department. She also ran the agency department accepting instructions from solicitors firms outside London. In 2006 Clare joined Andrew Irvine, a former partner of Collyer Bristow when he set up Irvine and Partners and now provides assistance to him and the other Partners, Jonathan Roper and Kimberly Shaw.
Clare runs a busy agency practice and is very experienced in all aspects of court procedure and able to deal with the issuing of claims, petitions and Appellant's notices and listing of applications in county courts, all divisions of the High Court, Court of Appeal, House of Lords and Tribunals. She attends hearings before Masters of the Queens Bench and Chancery Divisions of the High Court, District Judges and Registrars.
